Born and raised in the Midwest, she worked for nearly ten years in the utility industry, but feels most comfortable making dreams a reality for homebuyers and investors looking to make their money work in the real estate market.

Her priority is to ensure the highest quality service to clients, both buyers and sellers. She holds herself to very high standards because she understands what it's like to be the one buying or selling real estate. Her job is to make sure that, from beginning to end, her clients are 100% satisfied and feel that they were represented to the best of her ability.

Theresa has achieved many awards for her efforts including Pacesetter Gold and Platinum awards for outstanding sales achievement and performance, Century 21 Master's Ruby, Diamond, Emerald and Centurion awards for high production, quality service and dedication. In 2009, Theresa earned the prestigious Centurion Producer award again. 2010 earned her the distinction of a top producer with a Master's Emerald award. In addition, since January 2005, Theresa has been consistently recognized as one of the top 100 agents in overall production in Century 21's Southwest region which includes Arizona, Texas, New Mexico and Nevada. Award results are in for 2011 and, in the four state region, Theresa finished 22nd in overall commissions earned and 8th in the Phoenix Metropolitan area earning her the Master's Diamond award.
